Today is the 16th day in a row that I have worked out. My goal is to go for 100 days in a row. No excuses no slacking. The only allowance I am giving myself is if I am sick and cannot even go to work that day. Or if I injure myself somehow. Even now going to the gym has become an automatic thing. A habit I daresay. I dont even have to think about it. I just get up and do it. It helps that I am doing it in the morning and that I am going to work later. Normally I work from 8-5. But since I have not been taking a lunch for the last 5 months I decided rather than have extra hours I wont be paid overtime for, I am going to come in later.
