I'm optimistic that my new physical therapy is helping with my hip/back pain. I'm focusing more on stretching twice a day and the pain seems to be less. I know I need to strengthen my core to help support my SI joint, but I'm working on finding that balance between the stretching to relieve the pain and the strengthening.
I tried out my mini trampoline for the first time last night. The DVD that came with it is harder than it looks, I did 15 minutes of it and then cooled down. I'll work up to the whole 30 minutes.
So far this week I'm feeling good and keeping my motivation up.
