So... My weight (the number on the scale) is not really budging... I am chalking that up to my increased exercise which, according to everything I've read, can take the body up to 4-6 weeks to get acclimated to.
1) My body fat percentage is going down very consistently - even if slowly.
2) My clothing feels looser.
3) When I look in the mirror I actually SEE a difference.
The number will have to catch up eventually, but I am definitely seeing progress!!!
