Sunday was a rest day

I usually make Tuesday my rest day because I am at work from 8 to 9pm. I still think it will be a great rest day. However, yesterday I rested. I was not feeling well and had no energy to do anything. So Sunday became my rest day. My goal is to get up tomorrow at 6 to do a 30 minute workout before starting my day.
I am also enjoying fitnessblender's workouts. They get me sweating and sore. I am glad that they make their videos available for free.
Not down any on the scale this past weekend. Will keep plugging away. Might change up the food I am eating for lunch. It has been the same everyday for the last two weeks.
Just need to find something to eat instead of a sandwich.
