More sleep more rest = improvement

This morning I woke after another 8 hours of sleeping. I rested, snuggled with my cat, drinking water, doctoring my lips most of the day. Crocheting a spiral stitch scarf (of sorts), then around supper time, I realized my sore throat was gone, my headache was gone, and I felt a lot better. So I got up and puttered around a little, and sorted some stuff to keep and get rid of, and I am so glad.
Hoping to get decent sleep tonight.
We woke to snow, and iciness, so it was a great day to stay inside. Onward to finish the scarf.
I managed to walk my 5000 steps for the first time since last weekend. Yay! Go me!
