21 Day Fix....Almost Done

What a great week I have had. Once I got over the cold I got right back on with my workouts. I was not able to double up this week like I wanted to. However I was able to workout daily so I will take that over not working out. Last Monday when I got on the scale I was down 13lbs in the first 2 weeks of the program. I was totally shocked but goodness SO happy at the same time.

This weekend I am pushing hard and doing 3 of the workouts each day. Today I did Upper and Lower Fix and I will end the day with Pilates as that is an active recovery workout. Tomorrow is going to be the hardest and will push me to the max. Tomorrow I will be doing both the Cardio programs ending with another recovery program Yoga Fix. Monday morning is my final weigh in, measurements and photos for this program. I will also be using these as the starting point for Les Mills Combat that I start on Monday. That program I will be doing for 60 days so it will take me to the end of March.

One of the main things that I have learned in the last 21 days is that I CAN DO THIS. I can get the results that I want. I can still have great moments in my life and do this. I can miss one day and pick up the next day and get right back on track! It has been an amazing 21 days for me and I can't wait to be into March and be writing about being almost done with my next program! I also can't wait for April when my Husband and I tackle Body Beast together!
