I weighed myself two days in a row and the scale said that I was down a total of 4 pounds this week. And it stayed down when I weighed myself a few days later. I was excited for that. I have been eating within all my ranges including salt. I have been really focusing on salt and making sure I stay under 2300 mg. I have also been doing fitness blender workouts. They burn a ton of calories in 20-30 minutes. This weekend I am going to try to do a 80 minute one. Will see how that goes.
No soda since the beginning of the month has been helpful. I have been drinking a lot of water. Have not been able to get 8 glasses in yet. But I have been constantly drinking 3-4 glasses. This is good for me. I used to drink 2-3 cans of soda a day. I stopped cold turkey and have not really had any desire of it. I took a sip off my husband's Dr Pepper the other day and it tasted nasty. I say I am making progress that way. Now if I could just do that with candy and cookies :)
