emoticon emoticon Dieting is hard... Learning to eat healthier for life is even harder!

I have been very successful at going to Planet Fitness and working out the past week. I've struggled with my eating, though. I'd say 2 out of 8 days were completely off the charts bad. One of those days I had Krystal's for dinner. I felt bad and didn't want to cook...my family wanted me to go through a drive thru... I ate the cheese krystal's. They were good.

The other day I had a really good breakfast... eggs, grits, sausage, biscuit, honey... went way over my calories for breakfast. It threw my whole day off.

Otherwise, I've done Okay. I still need to make some improvements but this is very hard!
