Sick Day itty bitty blogh ah ah ah Choo!

Well, I was sick a few days last week, then went back to work, but started in with the chills and other symptoms again. Really really bad chapped lips, no matter how much water I was drinking, and keeping humidifiers going. So I have an upper respiratory infection (again) and a virus, and Doctor sent me home til next week, he said stay home as long as I have bad chills. My eczema is bad too. Blah.

So - I am aiming for my chair, and blanket, and cat.
I just had my chicken soup, and apple cider.
and my hubby. my sweet sweet hubby.
Doctor said this is pretty contagious, so I am glad I have avoided getting too close to my sweetheart. I don't want him to get sick.

Besides all that, I am working on building my determination to get better control of my weight. As soon as I feel better.
My back pain has been minimal (Shhh, Don't tell my back). I am grateful, and actually amazed how much better I am doing in that department.

    Once when I was going through a rough period, a friend told me that all we really need is a good dog and a good book - but cats work, too!

    emoticon Seems this "bug" going around this year is really a mean little critter. Do as the dr. says and take care. Plenty of rest, lots of fluids and of course, lots of kitty love!

    emoticon I too have the same things going on. I made it through work yesteday and went downhill from there at 1PM. Lots of bed rest, blankets, water or tea and the company of my 2 dogs to try and warm me. Today is better- I find doing one of my yoga dvds helped me with the body pains. Start small steps as you are recovering. Like aim for your water intake and maybe try just one SP exercise demo for a muscle group to show a step forward.
    I sure hope you kick it this time around. emoticon
