Honesty day 15: Learning to eat right sucks

So it is day 15 on this journey of mind and I am always so very motivated to learn and grow and I truly have been enjoying this process but I do get a little bummed down when the recipes are thumbed down. See its just me and my husband and so a lot of my food gets a no go or go from him but recently the revamps I have been making to former recipes to make them healthier and better are just all getting thumbs down by the both of us. Yesterday I made the sparkpeople blueberry muffins that seemed loved by all and my husband and I did not like them. I got lucky last night for dinner because I took my own chili recipe and instead of using ground beef I used turkey and it was a major hit. Sadly this morning I made sparkpeoples 100 calorie cinnamon pancakes and my husband and I just tolerated them just to get them off of the plate. lets just say I wouldn't have blamed my husband if he would have gone to get some McDonalds breakfast after those pancakes. I am not getting discouraged because I am on a mission to make our lives healthy but my god how many recipes are going to fail. Please if anyone can send me a link to tried and true recipes that are healthy and delicious I would love that because I need a miracle right now.
