No Tony

Yesterday I did HIIT stair sprints, and my recovery is much faster. Yay me!

Today was supposed to be my workout with Tony, but when I got to the gym, he was nowhere to be see. Bash said he took the weekend off & tried to contact me but the number in the book was bad. Given that the gym has contacted me in the past, I call bullshit on that. But what the hell. I did an upper body workout, which was good as I done lower pretty intense on Wed plus sprints yesterday, so I'm kind of glad Tony wasn't making me do jumps or squats

Swiss ball crunches 15x8 15x8 (L/R), 15x8
Pressups to bench 10x0 8x0 8x0 (better though, really)
Assisted chins 10x90, 10x90, 8x90 (these are much better too)
Incline press 10x20, 10x20, 8x20
Skullcrushers 5x15, 8x12, 6x12 (ooh, need to work triceps!!)
Seated Row 5x80, 7x70, 7x70 (shouldn't have tried to increase)
Mil press on BOSU 10x10, 10x10

Still struggling with balance on BOSU, though it's much easier with upper body than lower.
