Planning on a new moon day for the rest of this week (Jan. 20th-25th, 2015:

Tuesday, January 20th:
5:20pm - 6:00pm will walk around the indoor track before teaching.
6:30pm - 7:45pm Will teach yoga downtown
8:15pm - 8:45pm I will walk on the treadmill downtown after teaching yoga to get in my 30 minutes that I committed to as my Last Chance Workout (LCW) before my Wednesday weigh-in.
9:00pm - 9:30pm Grocery shopping to tap into a 5% off discount day

Wednesday, January 21st:
4:00am - 4:45am Personal yoga & meditation practice
4:45am (35 min.) Strength Training using ChaLEAN Extreme Push Circuit 2
Weigh-in before shower
12:00pm - 1:00pm Walk on my lunch hour for my walking streak - Day 52
5:30pm - 6:30 pm Teach my cycling & strength training class
Green Machine Smoothie and ALMONDS on the way to the concert
7:30pm John Mellencamp concert at the Morris Civic Auditorium

Thursday, January 22nd:
4:00am - 4:45am Personal yoga & meditation practice
4:45am - 5:31am (46 min.) ChaLEAN Extreme Burn Intervals
12:00pm - 1:00 pm Walk on my lunch hour for my walking streak - Day 53
5:10pm - 6:00pm (50 min.) Teach a restorative yoga class on campus after office day.
6:30pm - 7:45pm (75 min.) Teach a Hatha yoga class downtown

Friday, January 23rd:
4:00am - 4:45am Personal yoga & meditation practice
4:45am - 5:20am (35 min.) ChaLEAN Extreme Push Circuit 3
5:00pm - 6:00pm Walk for my walking streak - Day 54

Saturday, January 24th:
4:00am - 4:45am Personal yoga & meditation practice
4:45am - 5:45am ChaLEAN Burn It Off and Recharge dvds
10:15am - 11:30am Teach a Hatha yoga class downtown
12:00pm - Sauna, time to relax and sweat
12:30pm - 1:30pm Walk for my walking streak - Day 55
3:30pm - 5:00pm Private yoga session with individual

Sunday, January 25th;
4:00am - 4:45am Personal yoga & meditation practice
8:00am - 9:30am Phone conversation with INDYGIRL Beth Donovan
2:00pm - 3:00pm Teach a Hatha yoga class on campus
3:15pm - 4:15pm Walk for my walking streak - Day 56
