2 swimming and tai chi

my goal now is to stay for the entire class, it hurt so much previously that I would leave early. Then I reallized I was getting better with less pain but somehow my body still thought that it was going to hurt

So, now I'm weaning myself off the crutch of leaving and staying for more of the class.

Swimming is going better, I'm trying to stay for 20 minutes with the correct form, and as another swimmer cheered me on by saying, hey, you have a lifetime to improve, there is no race...uh....right, why didn't I think of that?

Funny we share the same likes! :) I swim, And starting last Saturday regularly! Yay! And I have been practicing Tai Chi for two years now. I just love both activities. Good for you to stay the whole class! Before you know it your stamina and strength will improve. You'll see :)

Maybe I can help you a little bit. You ought not be too tired to stay the whole class. Perhaps there's something you can improve on that will make it effortless. Actually Tai Chi when done correctly is relaxing and invigorating. I can help you out if you message me :)
