Measuring + HRM = Success

I have been using a HRM since January 2nd and it has been helping me track the calories I burned. I like having the exact calorie burned. Measuring my food also helps out. I even measure my peanut butter I put on my sandwiches. Measuring has help a lot. My portion estimation has been somewhat off.
Since the middle of December, I have lost about 10 pounds. I am excited to be down 10 pounds. I hope that I will be down another 10 pounds by this time next month. Looks like I have a good start to losing 50 pounds by July. Be nice to be down into the hundreds by the end of the year.
If I can lose some more weight, then I can start running again. Hopefully in a few months I will be able to be at that point.
