For the past 12 weeks, I have been actively training with a pro to run a Marathon Relay. My goal was to learn to run better, to not get injured and to improve my pace and endurance.

I got a little sick and a slight injury but was still able to perform in a 5k on Saturday (the Susan G Komen a Race For Cure) and I ran the 3rd Leg of the Bahamas Marathon Relay.

Woohoo. I came 25th in my Age Group. I also shaved 10 minutes off my time from last years race!! emoticon emoticon

Some Pics From the Relay! I'm so happy I accomplished my Goal! I wanted to finish my 5.6 Mile leg in 1:30 or less and I actually finished in 1:21!!

I plan to continue Challenging myself and working toward a healthier Me!
