Beginning week 3!

It's the start of the 3rd week, and I'm happy to report that I've been doing well with staying in my calorie range. Some days I may have been stretching the top of my limit, but it has stayed my focus and I've kept things under control. That's a definite win!
This week I am planning 3 workout days: M, W, F. Tonight I'm planning on something that gets my blood pumping and sweat going. I haven't decided what just yet, but the hubby will be at work and I think it will be a good start to the week. I'm thinking jogging or turbo jam or maybe an attempt at T25.
I have a bit of a personal goal. I have a meeting for work coming up on Feb 24th, and I will be seeing a lot of co-workers from the main office that I don't see very often... so I would like to see what I can lose before then. It's 5 weeks away... is 10 pounds lost realistic or too much? I suppose I'd have to work pretty hard in addition to the calorie control to see that much come off...
I guess that will show how bad I want it, right? Maybe it is time for a little T25 challenge. I just have to remember that not being able to do everything at first isn't a failure. I'm out of shape, and I'll have to work to get back in shape, right?
I didn't weigh in yesterday, so I guess tonight I'll get a start weight and some measurements. I tend to rely mostly on the scale but that's not always the most accurate or the best way to see progress happening. I think my jeans might fit a tiny bit better, and my encouraging husband said he thought I felt skinnier, but I really don't think I've lost enough to "feel" just yet. lol
Ok, my blog is as scattered as my thoughts today. Work is almost over and I just need to stay motivated to do my workout tonight!
