New day new start

I broke out my measuring cups and spoons to track what I have ate so far today. Started out good and will try and finish strong. Tracking and exercising helped me lose 60 pounds a couple of years ago. I just need to get back to doing what works for me. I have gained over 30 of those pounds back in the last 2 years.
I bought single serving fat free chocolate pudding cups to eat when I have a craving instead of making a batch of chocolate no bake cookies. I told myself I was making them for my husband but in reality I was eating most of them.
Since my friend Mary got out of the nursing home, Praise God and has a nice apartment with everything she needs we eat lunch at her house and then I take her shopping. That was we both have a little extra to spend at the thrift stores.
When I eat out I have been making bad choices. I need to plan ahead.
