Eating Healthy Made Easier With Gorton's (sponsored)

As many of you may know, a few years ago I lost over 30 pounds, thanks in large part to Sparkpeople.com and the friends I met there. And while I still haven't met my goal weight, I have kept a stable weight for the past two and a half years.

Heading into the new year, I decided not to make resolutions as I have in the past. Instead, I decided to commit to one small change. For me, that change is having 5 small meals a day. I've found if I eat a small meal every three to four hours, not only does it cut down on my heartburn, but I also am having less hunger between meals.

This year Sparkpeople has teamed up with Gorton's for The Realistic Resolution Challenge. I joined the challenge last week. Each day I get a healthy tip in my email. In addition, there is a sample eating plan with easy, healthy recipes.

As part of the Realistic Resolution Challenge, I am also trying to incorporate more fish into my diet.     Hi. I know this is a very old post, but does anyone have a copy of the recipes for weeks 3-5 of the Gorton's challenge? I printed out the grocery shopping lists, but never went back to grab the recipes, and now I can't seem to find them now that the contest is over. If anyone has an old link, or if you by any chance saved the recipes and would be willing to share a copy with me, that would be super. Thanks!

    Thanks for sharing. My husband believes baked fish and chicken helped him lose weight. I'm definitely going to let him know about the grilled fish. emoticon emoticon

    Thanks for sharing! I agree with the fish part - to eat fish regularly really helps on cutting down calories while keeping up the protein!
