Saturday was a difficult day to stay on plan. I went to some friends house and took a snack for us all.....dutch apple pie. I had NONE. But because I gave up the goodie at our friends` house.....I guess I felt entitled to eat extras later.
I did not give in...it was hard and I went to bed an hour early just so I would not get started on eating. I ate within my calories for the day.
Sunday......We went to Denny`s for lunch. It was a new restaurant and because it was new and Sunday at lunch...it was very busy. This meant our order took long time to arrive. I was over hungry but my lunch did satisfy me.
I believe I was over on my calories after I ate dinner but I am OK with that.
I will say "I maintained for the day".
