Linda's Beck Diet Solution Day 8 - 11

These are my plans for Beck Diet Solution Days 8 - 11.

Day 8 of the Beck Diet Solution:
*make a schedule
*make a menu
*add exercise to your schedule
*add 3 - 15 minutes of cleaning
*add my writing groups/classes
*add my meditation
*block in time for tv
*add outdoor time

Day 9
* Get moving
* I’ll dance while I clean
* time on the glider
*alternate with time on stat bike
*a.m. bed yoga
*wall pushups
*stomach crunches

Day 10
*Set reachable goals
*if I try to be perfect, I will give up
*do 35 instead of 50 pushups/etc.
*stay within 1200 calories
*keep to 20-30 carbs

Day 11
* Day 11 Differentiate Between Hunger, Desire and Cravings
1. Before you sit down to eat a meal and snack, notice how your stomach feels.
2. Half way through the meal , notice how your stomach feels
3. Rate your hunger again once you finish your meal
