As much as I was motivated to complete 21-day fix and did the first 2 weeks with success, I need to step down.
I just learned that I am PREGNANT!
I could not believe it!
We have been trying for five months. The stress at work during the fall surely didn't help, but Christmas vacations did the trick!
So, 21-day fix is way too hardcore for a pregnant woman. I intend to keep doing some dvds but not everyday and less intensely.
My goal is to gain reasonable weight this time around. During my first pregnancy I gained 40 pounds, half of which I am still stuck with.
I made myself a calendar with 4 physical activity days. Putting an x on each day is a great motivation!
I am going to stay healthy and avoid added sugar.
I am going to keep strenght training as I promised myself after my baby's delivery. My arms were sore after, go figure...
And I am going to have another healthy baby!
