January Jumpstart Challenge-Week 3- It's About Health

I feel so much better than I did even a week ago.
I really feel like I'm on the right track. Feeling healthy feels so muc better thatn feeling deprived, hungry, and craving.


I've been researching Paleo because the shift last week seemed to shift everything else. I signed up for the Everday Paleo ( everydaypaleo.com/ ) and got the "20 Free Tips for Beginning Paleo". It's the best beginner guide I've found because it breaks the process down by month to make it easier.

I've been researching what to do first and refined my goals.
I've narrowed efforts to-
Food: Eating meats and veggies this week.
Exercise: Walk like a vagabond.
Sleep: Get my cyrcadian rythm back. My sleeps been off since my vacadion overseas.
Spirit: Disconnect food from hunger and connect it with God. www.mattcoyote.com/praye
