So I'm kinda bummed that I didn't get into my calorie range today, but not so bummed because I still have the desire to keep going. In all this time I really haven't had that, and I hope it sticks around.

However, since I was here a while back I have achieved one of my goals consistently, and that is I rarely get fast food anymore. I eat out at times, but Wendy's McD's, BK, all that - almost never. And that's a good thing, cause it used to be a good chunk of my diet.

Sigh. So - lesson of the day? Mac and Cheese, even when it's not actually cheese, has a LOT of calories!


I have also abbreviated my huge goal for a smaller one. But that's what's in my gut to do. Magic number? 50. That's goal one. Get 50 off. Then re-evaluate from there. Oh, and regardless of the SP limits, I want it done by July 7th. It's a thing I want to do just for me. And I think it's very possible.
