What a week!

Friday, January 16, 2015

I've been sick this whole week. Yesterday was my first day back to work and I was so worn out by the time I got home that I had a "cheat meal" of tacos from TB. I've been 100% on track today and hoping to have energy when I get home to get in my cardio fix workout. Still behind a couple workouts for this week, but with the long weekend I'm hoping to get them all made up and to get back to myself!!

Next Monday starts my last week with the 21 Day Fix. I cannot believe how quickly the time has gone with the program. I'm very happy with my results and I am going to continue to use the meal plan when I move to Les Mills Combat. That will be a 60 day program and will take me into the end of March. Mailing my BFF her gift next Friday. Can't wait for her to finish the 21 Day Fix and open her goody!! Love that we have this between us and that even when we slip we are still 100% there for one another.

So the long weekend will be filled with sleep, workouts, cleaning house and watching my Seahawks play on Sunday! I have Monday off and as long as I'm feeling good I will be going up to spend time with a girlfriend so that she can view all the Beachbody workouts I have. She wants something to keep her going during the winter months and this way she will know what to order from me. I love it because it gives me a chance to help someone, especially someone I love!
