Yesterday I completed Day 5 of the Clean Eating Cleanse!
I lost 6.5 lbs in 5 days (yes, I know that's mostly water weight from cutting out excess salt, processed foods, etc).
I feel awesome! I brought snacks & lunch to work today & pretty much kept the same structure (1st snack veggies, 2nd fruit and for lunch veggies w/ lean protein).
Tonight I go to dinner for my mother in law's birthday. I'm not going to go nuts, but I am going to have a delish meal with a glass or two of vino.
