My "ticker" says I have 50 days til I reach my goal. I have lost 3.5# and still want to lose 6# more...that is an average of 3/4# a week.
Now, that may seem easy...but it isn't.
I had a good eating day and almost ate more but realized 2 things.
#1...50 days is right around the corner
#2....I would have to come here and confess . (that changed my mind about the extra goodies that had called my name.
What I have done to reach my goals?
#1. Staring blogging about each day
#2. Started getting serious about counting my cals
#3. Have started a 10 minute exercise streak. I know it isn`t much but I am hoping it will lead me back to the gym. I have my membership on hold.
