My "ticker" says I have 50 days til I reach my goal. I have lost 3.5# and still want to lose 6# more...that is an average of 3/4# a week.

Now, that may seem easy...but it isn't.

I had a good eating day and almost ate more but realized 2 things.

#1...50 days is right around the corner

#2....I would have to come here and confess . (that changed my mind about the extra goodies that had called my name.

What I have done to reach my goals?

#1. Staring blogging about each day
#2. Started getting serious about counting my cals
#3. Have started a 10 minute exercise streak. I know it isn`t much but I am hoping it will lead me back to the gym. I have my membership on hold.

    Great steps, Callie. I bet making one or two tiny diet changes and increasing your exercise will get you to your goal very quickly.

    Check out some of the great Spark articles on making healthier food swaps. They have some good swaps for when you are craving a sweet treat--ideas for things you can substitute for high-calorie items.

    You can do this, even if the gym isn't your top priority now!
