No energy, but a healthier lifestyle?

I have worked very hard these last couple of weeks to make lifestyle changes. I've been eating right, taking vitamins and exercising A LOT, but feel like I have less energy than before. It's all I can do to get up in the mornings. Hoping that my body is still just adjusting and the exercise is taking its toll, but it has been a rough road so far. Not giving up though! I know I'm on the right track!
