Yesterday is gone Today is new!

Yesterday I went overboard with food. I doubled my caloric intake for the day. I try to keep it in the range of 1000-1200 calories. I ended the day at 2250 I think. Not to happy about that.................I felt it physically and mentally. So today when I woke I was feeling pretty good and decided it would be a good exercise day. Originally I had planned to walk to sprouts and back the closest of the health food stores for some exercise. Before I knew it my "workout" transformed into something totally different. When I left I was feeling good so I took advantage of it and took a long walk. The longest walk I have taken in probably 5 years. I don't know if I have said it before but my mother is in a wheelchair due to dizziness and muscle weakness. So every time I go out I will generally take her with me. She gets out I don't have to walk alone. Well anyways I pushed mom in her chair the whole almost 5 miles. She is 240lbs herself, I don' emoticon t know how to add that into the fitness tracker lol but that has got to add some sort of something to my walk today hahaha!

    Well done. No matter how "good" you try to be, there will be those unplanned slip ups. The secret is not to let a slip become a downhill slide.Although it's a lot more than you've been eating, odds are good it's not more than you actually burn in a day. In short, you probably didn't lose any weight yesterday, but if you were active, you didn't gain either and your 5 mile walk, even without Mom along should definitely put you back on track. emoticon

    great job!!!! emoticon I wish some how i knew how to add pushing a jogging stroller into my work outs too!lol you are doing great! Even though i've been counting calories and working out for just shy of 2 years (since i had my second boy) i still have days that are waaayyy over board with calories, ya just got to pick your self up the next day dust your self off and keep going forward. emoticon your future is what is ahead of you not behind you emoticon
