Weekly Workout Recap So Far!!

Thursday either zumba or bootcamp I haven't decided which one update * I chose zumba it was great!
Friday I did not go to zumba it just always seems harder for me to get there in the morning but perhaps next week!

Two more days left in the week CANNOT get lazy now!! If you see me around spark either tonight between 5:30 and 6:30 pm or tomorrow morning around 9am send me straight to class, do not allow me to pass go or collect $200 lol

How is your week going so far?

Oh and before I forget another goal I have set for myself is to drink about a gallon of water per day it is certainly not easy!!! emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon

    Amazing work!!!

    I went to the gym Monday and Wednesday so far this week! I have an appt with a trainer Friday, and will hit it up Saturday, so 4 days!! That's my goal for now until I'm not so sore!! :) Woot!!

    Good luck with the water, you can do it!!
