Get Up and Get Moving!

I love this entry by John Burroughs that I saw as one the SparkPeople Healthy Inspiration quotes that popped up on my screen today:

“I still find each day too short for all the thoughts I want to think, all the walks I want to take, all the books I want to read, and all the friends I want to see.”

I guess I'm feeling a sense of urgency these days to make the most of every day. I've found myself lately wanting to stay up late and get up early in order to do as many things as I possibly can.

    I totally agree! So often our days are just a daze . . . Like you, I don't want to miss a minute of my life!

    It sounds as if you have had a burst of enthusiasm -- and how wonderful is that!

    Doing things that interest us is so stimulating. It does make us want to get up in the morning.

    One of my favorite activities is to 'lose myself' in a project.
