    I noticed distraction helps with me too. Sometimes I'll do a big project just to keep myself away from snacking and it works! Before I know it it's time for lunch and I made it without snacking!

    emoticon emoticon I'm so proud of you!! Oh ya, I was going to ask you about the Atkins shake and bar, you really liked the shake alot? I know that you said the bar wasn't that good. I had a couple of their bars when I was really doing Atkins some time ago, and it wasn't very good either. As far as the Jimmy John's Unwich, you said you liked that. I love Jimmy John's too! Their bread is to die for, so I haven't had the nerve to try their Unwich yet. Getting double meat is an excellent idea! So you would advise me to try it? I'm wishing you the best for today too.
