Jan 14th...........OK...
but not good choices

I stayed within my calories for the day...not to lose but to maintain. I didn`t choose healthy but I didn`t binge.

I was committed to making biscuits and gravy for a ladies meeting of 65. The recipe for homemade biscuits was new to me and so I had to at least test them. Right???

Well...so that is how I managed my calories....no lunch but 1 and 1/2 biscuit w/butter. They are small..so that is good.

Nothing during the afternoon and because we had church last night and got home after 8:00 p/m...I ate 2 cookies...nothing else.

Not healthy choices but I stayed within my calories and surprisingly...didn`t binge.

So all in all...a good calorie day.

    Glad you were able to stay within your calories. I just LOVE biscuits and would be right there having a couple if I could eat them. Gluten problems.....

    Yay for staying within bounds, Callie.

    One very good reason to get back to exercising is that you will be able to eat more if you exercise more often. That is a motivator for me!

    For example, 30 min. on the bike would burn 200+ calories, so you could have a piece of fruit and a string cheese along with the biscuit or something else along with the cookies.
