All meals for my work weekend are planned.
I will be doing my 5k on Thursday, and my Tabata die on Friday. I will be able to get the Tabata Die done before work.
Continue tracking every bite, lick, and taste. Using my HRM to aid me in having a deficit between 500 to 1000 cal daily. Work on getting more cardio sessions in.
This week I changed my calorie intake and re-focused on putting everything into my workouts. The result was a 2lb loss and waking up with some nicely sore muscles every morning. I'm looking forward to doing the same this week!
SET a non scale and Scale goal.
NS Goal is to get at least 30 minutes of intentional exercise daily
Scale goal is to drop 4lbs
With my plan in place I will have a successful week!!
