I decided that I would join a 12 week program called The Biggest Loser Challenge. The attraction is that I am on a team with manageable numbers and that there is a lot of support. Great motivation and hopefully it keeps me on track.
The down side is that it is like learning a new language. For a technically challenged individual like me I feel lost most of the time. I have had welcoming emails giving me directions about where to post and what to post and I haven't a clue what they are talking about. I sent out a few posts and emails explaining how vacant I am and I got another invitation to a team site associated with the challenge. I followed the link and found some info on tracking and chat. Thank goodness. I hope all this is first day jitters and that I have enough knowledge to keep me in the game. As for recording points? Who knows how that will go!

You'r doing just fine. Anything new takes time to get use to, several of the gals keep notebooks or checklists. I have a spreadsheet. Don't be afraid to ask questions. emoticon
