The moments when you try to talk yourself out of doing your best, remember why you started. Why did you buy the the workout DVD's, the running shoes, researched how to eat clean, join Sparkpeople? I assume it was because you weren't completely satisfied with the state of your health and fitness. Right? You wanted more for yourself. Right? Don't be okay with letting yourself down.
