Just thinking out loud

Don't mind my blog posts, they won't be anything special. I'm just a middle age woman (how I hate the sound of that) having to admit I failed by over indulging to deal with life's sorrows. So here I am slogging myself back to rework the plan that brought me success at one time. And what just happens to be on TV as I sit on the couch and type this? (I was watching the Travel Channel): "Food vs. Man" and everything looks over the top delicious!

    I'm going to be 61 next month and have to tell you, I am healthier now than I as in my 30's, 40's and for sure my 50's so . . . the best is yet to come, believe me. I didn't think so either. But taking each day, savoring it . . . that's what life is all about. Ok, 'nuff of that!

    I LIKE your blog! Basically you're doing it for YOU anyhow, so that's the most important thing to keep in mind.

    Hey don't feel alone in this I did too today...We had so much food around today that I just couldn't help but pinch, dip & taste almost everything. But what did I keep going back for pico de gallo & chips. Chips not so good but the pico de gallo was GREAT!
