June 1st - JUST SAY NO

weighed in at 118.2 this morning, and i am disgusted. poor IVETTE started this challenge, and i feel like she's in it by herself -- and making GREAT progress. not fair to her for me to be going through emotional binges, and by doing that, i'm certainly not helping anyone in my household -- least of all myself. time to get serious and stop letting everything else control my habits. i like to have control -- this is one of the few areas where i can actually achieve that! Day One starts NOW.
