Day 1 & 2

I started Turbo Fire yesterday. I think I am really going to like this new workout. I am learning all the moves right now but once I get a hang of it I think I am going to really enjoy it.
I am very sore today after yesterday's workouts. I pushed through today workout. I am planning on getting up every morning at 4:30am except Wednesday's which our my rest days to get my workout in. I know if I wait until after work it will be impossible with getting the kids fed, homework, baths.....
I am also drinking shakeology and following the 21 day fix meal plan. Shakeology has really help curb my cravings and helped with my energy levels. My goal is to blog everyday I workout to hold myself accountable and document my progress.
