21 Day Fix...Results after one week

Yesterday was day 8 of the 21 Day Fix so I weighed in again and retook my measurements. I am so PROUD to say I am down 6.2 pounds and lost an overall total of 9 inches (2 of them off these hips!!)

I was NOT perfect, I missed workouts thanks to this cold but out of 100% I was about 90% there....that is a lot more than I was before the program so for me my week was fantastic. I am still not feeling good, however I'm trying to stay on track as much as I can. I'm not stressing the workouts because I know I can make them up during the week, and if I don't I'm not stressed. My mind set is there and I know that I will continue to kick bum! I have 12 more days on this program and I'm taking each of them one day at a time! I will be better each day than I was the day before!
