On the upswing

Went to the gym this morning, have been eating well so far today and I am feeling motivated. I read a lot of articles on SP about self-talk and how to avoid being negative about myself. I am making a concerted effort to talk nicely to myself and to look at things that motivate me and make me feel positively. Here is to a new day and a new outlook.
