Well nothing like being late on my blogg.

I was down this past week 1.6lbs. The closer I get to goal the slower it's coming off but that's ok. I was happy with the weight and happy with my ST training mins.

I'm currently doing a squat challenge and along with that I like to do incline pushups.

Also getting extra in with the BINGO challenge.

This has been a stressfull week for me. Hubby has been sick since New Years and doesn't seem to be getting better. Stubborn won't go to the doctor. Also both moms have been sick so trying to go see them too besides everything else that needs to be done. ME WALKING ON THE TREADMILL HELPS.

This week my weight has been going up and down. I'm praying for a loss this week.

I still need to do my measurements. My clothes are getting bigger and bigger. I need more work pants again. LOL
