I used to drink 6 to 10 diet sodas a day. That is awful. I changed a few things, including adding an all natural supplement to my routine and in late June, realized I was still drinking one soda a day out of habit only. I told myself I would eat my next lunch without it.

I have not had a soda since. Research shows that you need to drink half your body weight in ounces of water. A 200 pound person should drink 100 ounces.

I drink one cup of coffee in the morning, and then i drink water for the rest of the day. I typically have it straight, but sometimes I treat myself and put lemon in it. Now, my case is extreme. I drink 1.2 gallons of water a day because it is all I drink. Occasionally, if I have tea with a meal, that number will fall to a gallon so, but never below 100 ounces.

I do not crave sweets. I know when I do, it is stress, and nothing more. I grab my cup and drink more water.

Since drinking water, I am healthier, I have more energy and my skin looks better. Hydration can come in many forms, but I encourage you to not use anything with chemicals. emoticon

I drink a lot of water too, the recommended 8 cups is not near enough! I have to at least get about 16-20 to not feel dehydrated but I count herbal tea as water but I only have like 1-2 cups so it's mostly just water. I love lemon in water too and also I've been really enjoying slicing up a cucumber and adding it to a pitcher of water to create cucumber water and then I refill my water bottle with it and eat the cucumber slices as a snack! YUM! LOL

I used to only drink coffee and diet soda. I've never been one to drink enough, though. I can have a cup of coffee in the morning and then not drink anything until lunch or even dinner if I don't have lunch. Obviously not good for me. I still have one cup of coffee in the morning, but then I switch to water or sometimes tea for the rest of the day. I still struggle getting in enough though. Any tips would be appreciated!

Have almost given up soda. One or two a week when playing golf but more water than sodas. emoticon

I have never been a soda addict. I might have one or two (diet sodas) a week but my normal go to is water, coffee and diet tea. Coffee in the morning and maybe tea for dinner and the rest of the time water.
