I have been doing really good staying within my calories with the exception of 1 day this past week. I am still struggling with drinking enough water and getting my exercising in. Learning to making better food choices and when I chose to have something that isn't healthy and I learning to eat it within moderation. This past weekend we had my grandsons birthday party so instead of pizza I had a large salad then had a very small piece of cake with half of the frosting scrapped off which is huge for me cause I love frosting. I hope that I can continue on this track and lose this weight and keep it off.
