January Jumpstart Challenge-Week 2- Day 9- I know why I'm Not Losing Weight

I don't lose weight because I eat too much. It's that simple. I am finding reasons every day to cheat and eat. It's not because I:
am stressed
love to play with my grands
don't eat enough fat
or any of the myriad of other reasons I justify the one more bite, the sneak treat.

I find a reason to let myself off the hook everyday.

Now what am I going to do about that? Don't know--yet.
