Specific: Increase my strength/stamina

Measurable: I will use heavier weights to measure my strength and I will use heartrate and the perceived exertion scale.

Attainable: Definitely! I’m doing the P90X program to increase my strength and stamina plus I am jogging more.

Realistic: As long as I stay healthy and without injury I know I will continue with both of these programs.

Timely: P90X is a 90 program. I am ok if it takes me a little longer because of family responsibilities. I also know that each time I do the same DVD I will be able to tell if I’m stronger and have more stamina.

My nutrition goal is to get back to making dinner at least 5 nights a week. It is ok if this includes leftover nights. Last year at this time I did not have a choice to go out to dinner due to financial issues. This year is better but we need to get back to those frugal times.

REWARDS: Wow, this is harder than I thought. I’m actually having a difficult time thinking of rewards.
I decided that every week I successfully accomplish my Tiger challenges and P90X that I will get to put $5 towards a new gadget to be purchased at the end of the round. In the meantime, my more simple rewards will be painting my finger/toe nails with the new nail polish I have. I have a lot right now and barely ever use it. I will give myself permission to actually sit down and read a book and get caught up on my magazines. I think I'm in September finally. I will make something that I know only I will want because my family is so dang picky!
