Starting over gain this year

back on 1/5 I once again my weight loss journey. I am hoping to lose at least 100lbs. I have a long way to go but I am done with the fad diets and the not so miracle diet pills. I have been doing good at staying within my values just need to work on getting in my water and exercise. I usually walk but it has been way to cold here. Hoping to join a gym soon but until then I am doing what I can at home.
