here we go again.

I came on here to get motivated. I was going to start kettle ball today but my back aches but I don't want to use that for an excuse or I would never get anything done because it aches all the time. Just need to go do it then I would feel much better! Well thanks for all the motivation. Guess I better get started so I can get done. Later
