In an article about Tory Johnson's effort (successful) to lose weight, she mentions what she calls "life savers: The little things that helped me on my weight-loss journey."
"Crispy Snack - I grew to love pickles as a predinner nibble. With zero calories, zero fat, and less than one gram of carbs per serving (a third of a pickle!) even a whole one was a safe snack. And I only needed one - they're so crunchy, briny, garlicky - to satisfy me."
Hope this tip is useful to someone. I don't like dill pickles at all! lol
