This last day of my first year at SP, and the first weekend of the 2015 winter 5% less challenge, I want to pay homage to our Spirited Underdog CL, Dianedoessmiles.
I mentioned my anger and grievance in another blog, but if you are not an avid fvuscmom blog reader...to bring you up to speed, I did not come to Sparkpeople or these 5% challenges heeling and yelping a happy tune. I was a 225 pound ferocious puppy, all bite, not cuddly at all.
Dianedoessmiles did not give up on this puppy, but she did put on her thickest gloves when handling me. If I did not exercise, I got an email from Dianedoessmiles, and that was a lot since I only exercise when I am not working. I barked and howled, and showed my teeth, and Dianedoessmiles kept coming to my kennel anyway.
Sometimes, I get an email right after I post my challenge participation, and it is Dianedoessmiles thanking me for it. When I write a blog, she is there posting a comment. When I go to my SparkPage, I find lots of encouraging or motivational posts there from Dianedoessmiles, personalized.
I know that Dianedoessmiles is posting on a lot of doggies' pages. I see them when I visit other kennels. She makes sure that every dog and puppy in every kennel never feels unloved.
If my puppy days remind any of you of yourselves today, you will grow to respect and appreciate Dianedoessmiles' kennel calls. She does a lot of them, so many that her paws must have miles and miles on their step-tracker.
Welcome to the PACK! We have an alpha, and she is going to run our paws off this winter challenge! Yelping and Howling for Dianedoessmiles!
