New Year and New Start

Okay so somehow I started the year weighing less than I have in a while. I believe it was because I was more aware of what I was putting in my mouth while doing the last challenge. I'm going to start planning and packing for my husband and I while making better meals for the family. I'm looking forward to more lbs lost! emoticon

    Great job on planning. I try to do that with a weekly menu, take some of the stress out of what to cook for dinner every night!
